Apple Picking

The weekend before Halloween, it was beautiful outside, and we hadn't had a chance to go apple picking yet, so we packed the kids in the car, and drove over to Hillview Farms to go apple picking with John & Sherry and their kids. It was way too late in the season - we were hard-pressed to find trees with apples on them, but we managed to find enough to satisfy the kids. So we paid way too much for these apples, but the kids really enjoyed the hunt for apples, being outside with their friends and family, riding the wagon out to the orchards, and we enjoyed watching them have a great time. Even the baby enjoyed riding on Doug's back and watching the activity of her sisters!
