Unfortunately, on November 23, my father passed away with family at his side. I don't have many pictures from this trip even though I was there for almost two weeks, and Doug and the girls were there for nearly a week. Not that I didn't want pictures, but I was so tired and just didn't feel like actually doing it. Though the reason for getting together was very sad, the girls had another chance to play with cousins, and were delighted to have so much snow to play in! Doug brought extra winter gear so the Oklahoma kids (who never see snow unless they venture to Michigan in the fall/winter/spring) could play out in the cold for a long time. They built snowmen and "ice skated" in their boots on the driveway. Oh, to be a kid again...
