I'm in withdrawal without my camera! I took it to the repair shop and they've held it captive for more than two weeks so far! In case you hadn't noticed, many pictures recently have a black spot on the right side of the frame. I didn't think it would be a big deal to clean it. Oh well. As long as I have it back in time for the first day of school which is quickly approaching. (Though not fast enough for Caroline who cries when I have to tell her "no, there's no school tomorrow") I always take a picture of the girls next to the sign at school on the first day to mark their height and other changes.
Some sad news in our household. Rainbow Brite (Caroline's fish) died after 3 weeks in our care. Bubbles is doing fine. She had a digestive problem. Caroline was very sad - we had a little ceremony before Doug dumped her into a hole in the back of the property and a few days later, Doug and Caroline took a trip to the pet store to pick out a new fish. Caroline thinks that because this one is a boy, and Nikki's boy is still alive while her girl fish is dead, that this one will survive. His name is Fizz. So now we have Bubbles and Fizz. As soon as I get my camera back, I'll take a picture of her with him.
