See what was waiting for us at breakfast on the morning of St. Patrick's Day? Nicole got up early before anyone else, showered, decorated personalized napkins, and made breakfast. She's growing up so fast. She made us green scrambled eggs, and cut up a bunch of strawberries. Delicious! She managed to only catch fire to a hot pad, but her quick thinking put it out without having to call us (or 911) for help! Ha Ha! A lesson learned - don't have the flame so high it goes over the sides of the pan...
