Nicole had such a good experience last year in the talent show that she decided to do it again this year. She and Natalie worked so hard at this routine and we had so much working against us, it almost didn't happen at many points along the way. First, Natalie's schedule didn't allow for a practice before the audition, so they weren't going to do it. But then the teacher moved their audition to another day so that they'd be able to come up with a dance. Then we used the music from YouTube, thinking we'd be able to download it, but we couldn't. Luckily, Natalie's older brother figured out how to buy it online and burn it to a disk in time for the audition. Then, the day of the talent show, the girls discovered that the disc was scratched so badly that it wouldn't play at all. Luckily, Doug took off work to see the talent show so he rushed to the computer lab and worked with the computer teacher to buy the song off of amazon and burn it to a new disc JUST IN TIME! PHEW!
I'm glad it worked out because the girls worked so hard on this routine and it is really fun to watch! Enjoy!
Please be aware that for some reason, the play button is not lined up properly (at least on my computer) so I have to hover my mouse well below and to the right of the play arrow in order for it to light up so that it will play. I can't fix that. Sorry!)
