1st Communion Weekend - pics in the church beforehand

These pictures in this post are what we took that afternoon at the church, all alone. (the mass was at 5pm on Saturday) Only Doug, Nikki, Rob and I went for these. Since there were 13 kids receiving at this mass, we wanted to be sure to get a few pics without others in the background!

I love this picture because it looks like Nikki is wearing a very large, heavy floral headpiece!

Rob encouraged her to take outrageous pictures. (like she needs encouragement!) Here she is about to dive into the baptismal font!

These last 3 were taken shortly before mass - thus there are others in the background. But I love how the sunlight shines on her!
