In May, after Nikki's class all had their 1st Communion, the school had their annual May Crowning outside. The whole school and parents who can attend all pray the rosary and then the 8th Graders put a crown of flowers on the statue of Mary while the rest of us sing. The First Communicants get to wear their 1st Communion outfits.
